Fork and Shock Revalve
We disassemble, clean, inspect and lap valve faces. Compression and rebound dampening circuits are then precision tuned for each rider according to the riders weight, height, ability, preference, recommendations and terrain ridden. All worn or damaged components are replaced, chrome fork tubes and shock shafts are polished. The components are then reassembled with our HPR suspension fluid, the shock is charged with nitrogen and the fork oil height is set at the appropriate level for your set-up. To finalize this service, your components are ran on our in-house suspension dynamometer and set-up appropriately.
